| ROYALTY FREE (RF)
Royalty-free means that you pay a one-time
flat fee for an image. It can then be used
for multiple projects over an unlimited
period of time. Royalty-free images are
licensed on a non-exclusive basis. As a
result, you would typically use an RF image
in a project where you are not concerned
about a competitive conflict or where the
image may not be the primary focus of the
piece.
An RF license is non-refundable.
You can use the images in brochures, catalogs,
direct mailings, flyers, gift cards, newspaper
ad, magazine, trade journal, as part of
promotional, packaging or editorial material,
web sites etc..
RIGHTS MANAGED (RM)
Rights Managed licensing fees are determined
by the specific manner in which You will
use a RM Image. The fee is calculated from
several factors including how the image
will be used, print run, image size, placement,
insertions, duration of use and geographic
distribution.

Examples for the use of RIGHT MANAGED
licenses are:
- Creation of logos, trademarks or corporate
identity.
- Use of exclusive graphical material
for advertising or marketing campaigns.
- Design of products such as books, cards
or merchandise with the use of licensed
graphical material as the main element.
Licensing multiple images for the same project or multiple uses may
qualify you for discounts.
EXCLUSIVE LICENSING
Exclusive uses or rights for major ad campaigns are available
. Images are
removed from the data base one they are sold for
exclusive uses.
Prints
All prints are copyrighted and protected by Alex
Koloskov. Any unauthorized use includes but is
not limited to photocopying, scanning for digital
dissemination, internet use or reprinting.
Shipping
Digital. Instant download. Mail
delivery (CD) is available upon request for no
additional cost.
Prints. Shipment via standard
US mail cost $10. Prints are shipped in mounted,
rolled in sturdy cardboard tubes for best protection.
Return Policy
Returns: If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase (prints only), you
may return printed item within 30 days. Because
these prints are custom made, there will be a
20% restocking fee and shipping charges will not
be refunded.
Downloaded images are non-refundable.
Damage in Shipping: Our products
are individually inspected and carefully packaged
prior to shipping. Despite our best efforts, occasionally
merchandise may be damaged in shipping. If your
order arrives in less than perfect condition,
please return it to us for a no cost replacement.
